This vision and sensitivity applies to all projects designed and built by the practice of GRACEline Architecture.
The firm offers comprehensive architectural services specializing in design/build of upscale residential, multi-family, commercial, educational, religious, hotel, and health care projects. It has offices in Chicago and Lake Bluff, Illinois.
Under the design expertise of principal and registered architect Frank J. Klepitsch A.I.A, the firm has completed projects extensively in the north shore suburbs of Chicago, Palm Beach, Lake Geneva, Lake Tahoe, South Carolina, Maine and the Caribbean.
The firm’s design philosophy is conceived with a comprehensive understanding of the client’s program and site. The program is translated into architecture utilizing a vocabulary of mass, space, light, rhythm and proportion into a total composition. As a result, each project is a unique architectural solution composed with the vision and sensitivity of a timeless work of art.
The firm is now focusing on the design of upscale residential, multi-family, religious, commercial and hospitality buildings. Current work includes restoration and new construction of several upscale single family homes, renovation of 450 apartment units, museum, retreat center and historic church restoration.
